EARLY BIRD WEIGH-IN
An optional Early Bird Weigh-In is available on Saturday, December 12 from 12:00–2:00 PM at Powerhouse Wrestling Club. To use this window, you must purchase the Early Bird Weigh-In add-on during registration on TrackWrestling — or pay the day-of fee at the door on Saturday.
How to Access Early Bird Weigh-In
Option 1 — Register in advance: Add the Early Bird Weigh-In option when registering on TrackWrestling. This is the discounted rate.
Option 2 — Purchase day-of: Pay the day-of fee at the door on Saturday, December 12 before the 12:00 PM window opens.

Early Bird Weigh-In is available for all divisions — King, Queen, and Rookies. Walk-up purchase is accepted at the door on Saturday, December 12.

WEIGH-IN RULES
- Wrestlers must weigh in during their designated window.
- A 0.9 lb allowance is applied to all weight classes.
- Wrestlers who miss their weigh-in window will not be allowed to compete.
- Coaches must present a valid coaches pass at weigh-ins.

- Floor passes include admission to the event for the pass holder.
- Passes must be picked up at the coaches check-in table upon arrival.
- 1 complimentary coaches pass is issued per 8 wrestlers registered by your club.
